Vr <br /> PRAYER FOR RELIEF <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Ergon Asphalt&Emulsions, Inc. and Marl",Hartman jointly <br /> violated La. R.S. 42:1117 by giving Tommy Durrett complimentary hotel accommodations for <br /> three nights in Nashville, Tennessee, a. thing of economic value, which Tommy Durrett, as an <br /> employee of the Union Parish police Jury,was prohibited from receiving by La.. R.S, 42:1115A(l) <br /> because it was at a time when Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. had or was seeping to obtain a <br /> contractual or other business or financial relationship with the Union parish police Jury. <br /> WHEREFORE, the Louisiana Board of Ethics respectfully requests that the Ethics <br /> Adjudicatory Boar. (a) conduct a hearing on the foregoing Charges; (h) determine that Ergon <br /> Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. and Mark Hartman Jointly violated La.
