Any appeal of such final decision by the Ethics Adjudicatory Board <br /> shall be to the Court of Appeal,First Circuit,pursuant to R.S.42;1142; <br /> PRAYER FOR RELIEF <br /> Based on the foregoing facts,Julie Dawson, as head volleyball coach for Southside High <br /> School,violated La.1 R.S.42:1111 (1)(a),by virtue of her receipt of something of econornic value <br /> for providing a spice,natnely volleyball training and competition for interested players, which <br /> is devoted substantially to the responsibilities,programs or operations of her agency in which she <br /> participated as head volleyball coach at Southside Nigh School <br /> Based,on the foregoing facts,Julie Dawson, as head volleyball coach for Southside High <br /> School, violated La. R.S. 42:1116A by compelling or coercing the volleyball team ineinbers to <br /> join the LVL league over the summer,therefore prov-iding Ms.Dawson with a thing of economic <br /> value, <br /> 'HERE FORE,the Louisiana B o and o f Ethics respectfully prays that: <br /> (a) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board conduct a hexing on the foregoing charges; <br /> (b) `the Ethics Adjudicatory Board detenni.ne that Julie Dawson violated La., ReS. <br /> 42-4,1.111 (1)(a)and La.R.S.4 -.1116A,with respect to the forgoing alleged facts; <br /> (c) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board assess appropriate Penalties in accordance with the <br /> Code of Govemmental.Ethics; and, <br /> (d) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board only send electronic notices in this matter to the <br /> Dead Trial Attomey as designated above. <br /> [Sipature contained on the following,page] <br /> Page 6 of <br />
