Any appeal of such final decision by the Ethics Adjudicatory Board <br /> shall be to the Court of Appeal,First Circuit,pursuant to R.S.42;1142; <br /> PRAYER FOR RELIEF <br /> Based on the foregoing facts,Julie Dawson, as head volleyball coach for Southside High <br /> School,violated La.1 R.S.42:1111 (1)(a),by virtue of her receipt of something of econornic value <br /> for providing a spice,natnely volleyball training and competition for interested players, which <br /> is devoted substantially to the responsibilities,programs or operations of her agency in which she <br /> participated as head volleyball coach at Southside Nigh School <br /> Based,on the foregoing facts,Julie Dawson, as head volleyball coach for Southside High <br /> School, violated La.
