Upon a determination that any public employee or other person has violated any <br /> provision of any law within the j urisdiction of the Board of Ethics except violations <br /> of the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act which shall be governed by Chapter 11 of <br /> Title 18 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 19 o:, the Ethics Adjudicatory Board <br /> may remove, suspend, or order a reduction in pay, or demotion of the public <br /> employee or other person,or impose a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars,or <br /> both.. <br /> PRAYER FOR REi LIEF <br /> 1+ <br /> Based on the foregoing alleged facts herein, Dadrius Lanus, while serving as a member of <br /> the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board, violated La. R.S. 42:111.9A B by virtue of the <br /> employment of his sister as a clerk with the EBR beadiness high School with the East Baton Rouge <br /> Parish School System. <br /> WHEREFORE',the Louisiana Board of Ethics respectfully prays that <br /> (a) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board conduct a hearing on the foregoing charges; <br /> (b) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board determine that Dadrius Lanus violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1119A and.La. R.S. 42:111 9B(1), with respect to the forgoing alleged- facts; <br /> (c) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board assess appropriate penalties in accordance with the <br /> Louisiana.Code of Governmental Ethics; and, <br /> (d) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board only send electronic notices in this matter to the Lead <br /> Trial Attorney as designated above. <br /> i <br />
