ORDER <br /> FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that based on the foregoing,Sara Brumfield,in her capacity as the Judicial <br /> Administrator for the Twenty-First Judicial District Court,violated La. R. S. 42:1112B(1)on each <br /> occasion that she approved invoices for payment and co-signed checks,along with a judge,on behalf <br /> of the Twenty-First Judicial District Court,for services provided by her son,Brandon Andrews and <br /> his company,J &B Industries, LLC, in connection with the Drug Court Program. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a civil penalty of$250,payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana,is hereby assessed upon Sara Brumfield,and that,in the event of a failure to pay, <br /> the Board may file suit to compel the immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> Page 7 of 9 <br />
