Ethics Board Docket No. 2006-439 <br /> Page 6 of 7 <br /> III. <br /> OPINION <br /> It is the opinion of the Board that Jim Tucker did not violate Section 1113D of the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics. The evidence presented does not support the charge that Jim Tucker, <br /> • <br /> Garden Oaks Holdings, LLC and Hayne Boulevard Investments #1, LLC, entered into a contract <br /> with the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency by applying for and for tax credits through the Go Zone <br /> Program. <br /> It is the conclusion of the Board that the charges against Mr. Tucker,Garden Oaks Holdings, <br /> LLC and Hayne Boulevard Investments#1, LLC, be dismissed. <br /> IV. <br /> • DECREE AND ORDER <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Board finds as a matter of fact and <br /> as a conclusion of law that Jim Tucker, Garden Oaks Holdings, LLC and Hayne Boulevard <br /> Investments#1,LLC,did not violate Section 1113D of the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the charges against Mr. <br /> Jim Tucker be dismissed. <br /> By Order of the Board this 14Tt lay of February, 2008 <br /> (Dissenting) , <br /> He C.
