Ms. Mickelberry filed her lobbyist expenditure report that was due by April 25, 2013, one day late on April 26, 2013. She was assessed a late fee of $50. Ms. Mickelberry states that she had the online forms prepared but failed to submit the finalized report on her initial attempt to file on March 25th.
It was confirmed that she reported no expenditures on April 25, 2013; however, it was not finalized until April 26, 2013.
