Mr. Henry filed his lobbyist expenditure report that was due by April 25, 2013, six days late on May 1, 2013. He was assessed a late fee of $300. Mr. Henry states that as a new filer of the expenditure report this was an unfortunate oversight that was corrected as soon as the mistake was realized.
