He gives the following example: Candidate "A" is the president of "Louisiana's Future ", a Political Action Committee registered in the State of Louisiana and Federally with the FEC. Candidate "A" decides to run for State Senate or Agriculture Commissioner. Does he have to resign his position as President of "Louisiana's Future "? If so, how far in advance of his qualification as a candidate?
