RE:
Request the Board waive the $2,000 and $2,000 campaign finance late fees assessed against Concerned Leadership Organization Unity Tenacity PAC in the November 6, 2012 election, whose 10-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 11 and 41 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fees assessed for the late filing of the reports, Mr. Willie Littleton, chairman for Concerned Leadership Organization Unity and Tenacity PAC states that at no time was there a conscious effort to ignore and not be in compliance with the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act. He further states that he believed that the one report they filed disclosed all the activities for the November 6, 2012 election.
