Ms. Dial states that on April 5th, 2013 her mother, residing in Fayetteville, Arkansas, became gravely ill. She rushed to her bedside and stayed with her until she passed away on May 1, 2013. She then has spent the passing months helping her elderly father rearrange his life after 58 years of marriage. Ms. Dial personally appeared in the office August 8 to apologize and attempt to rectify any errors on her part, and make certain she fully understands the requirements and deadlines of Lobbying in Louisiana.
Ms. Dial has no other late filings.
