24:55A. Each lobbyist registered under the provisions of this Part shall file with the board, in the manner
provided in this Section, a report of all expenditures incurred for the purpose of lobbying.
24:58D Any person required to register and who fails to timely register and any person who fails to
timely file any report required by this Part shall be assessed, pursuant to R.S. 42:1157, a late fee of fifty dollars per day.
49:76A Each lobbyist registered under the provisions of this Part shall file with the ethics board, in the
manner prescribed by the ethics board by rule in accordance with the provisions of this Part, a report of
all expenditures incurred for the purpose of lobbying.
