Request that the Board waive the $300 late fee assessed against P.M. Woods for his failure to timely file a lobbyist expenditure report. |
|
Mr. Woods filed his lobbyist expenditure report that was due by May 28, 2013, 6 days late on June 3, 2013. He was assessed a late fee of $300. Mr. Woods states that his wife had just had her second pacemaker installed and they were in Houston for a follow up visit. He also injured his shoulder rotator cuff and broke his right wrist when his tractor turned over while bush-hogging--so typing was difficult.
