Cynthia Samuel would like to donate an original painting, which was painted by her mother, of a soon-to-be retired judge, Nancy Amato Konrad, to the Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court. Ms. Samuel is an attorney who occasionally practices in the Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court, but has no financial interest and conducts no business with the court. Ms. Samuel is considering creating a non-profit organization which recognizes women in law and donating this painting through this non-profit organization.
