Request that the Board waive the $1500 late fee assessed against Mark Drennen for his failure to timely file a Lobbyist Supplemental Registration |
|
Mr. Drennen has diligently tried to timely report new clients and expenditures but it never occurred to him he would be fined for not reporting clients he no longer represents. He has reviewed the law and understands his error and that "ignorance of the requirements is not an excuse." He believes "a $1500 fee is excessive for a technical violation that caused no harm."
