RE:
Waiver request submitted by Anthony Ray Boswell, a member of the New Llano Town Council, regarding a $1500 late fee assessed for filing his amended 2011 Tier 3 annual personal financial disclosure 217 days late.
Facts:
Mr. Boswell states that he did not receive correspondence from the Ethics staff in a timely manner because he changed his address and the mail went through forwarding to his new address. Mr. Boswell also states that it would be a financial hardship to pay the fine.

A request of supporting documentation was sent on August 26, 2013. The deadline for submitting documentation was September 25, 2013. On September 9, 2013 Mr. Boswell submitted documentation of medical bills, insurance claims, and a letter from the Central Louisiana Technical Community College stating that he will not be employed for the Fall 2012 semester.
