Advisory opinion request from the Concordia Parish Police Jury regarding whether a Ridgecrest Alderman may be promoted within the Concordia Parish Council on Aging.
Facts:
Mr. Kevin M. Friloux the Secretary of the Concordia Parish Police Jury requested an advisory opinion regarding the propriety of a Ridgecrest Alderman receiving a promotion from the Concordia Parish Council on Aging.

Mr. Friloux has withdrawn his request as the circumstances have changed and the opinion is no longer necessary.

Comments:
This request was withdrawn.
Recommendations:
Allow the withdrawal of the opinion request.
