Ronnie Wisenor is a compliance investigator with the Louisiana Used Motor Vehicle Commission. Mr. Wisenor would like to obtain a dealer's license to sell new utility trailers under the Louisiana New Motor Vehicle Commission. Mr. Wisenor only deals with the used car industry. Mr. Wisenor's prospective business would be on a piece of property he owns that is currently being leased to a person running a body shop. That person will be listed as a salesman.

R.S. 42:1113A states no public servant, or a member of such a public servant's immediate family, or a legal entity in which he has a controlling interest shall bid on or enter into any contract, subcontract or other transaction that is under the supervision or jurisdiction of the agency of such public servant.
