Mr. Koeniger seeks a good cause waiver based upon this being his initial expenditure report filed with the Board, as Mr. Koeniger's initial registration was in September of 2013. Since the late filing of this report, Mr. Koeniger and his employer have established safeguards so such a late filing will not happen again.

49:75 A. Each lobbyist registered under the provisions of this Part shall file with the board, in the manner provided in this Section, a report of all expenditures incurred for the purpose of lobbying.
B. A report shall be filed monthly. The report for each month shall be filed by the twenty-fifth day of the following month.
49:78D(1) Any person required to register and who fails to timely register and any person who fails to timely file any report required by this Part shall be assessed, pursuant to R.S. 42:1157, a late fee of fifty dollars per day.
