As the legal advisory for Lafourche Parish Government, the District Attorney of the 17th Judicial District asked whether the Chairman of the Lafourche Parish Recreation District No. 2 may enter into a contract with Lafourche Parish to provide insurance coverage for parish employees. He later submitted a letter withdrawing his request for an advisory opinion because the sale of the policies will occur prior to the Ethic's Board next meeting.
