Advisory opinion request from D. Wallace a school administrator regarding potential violations of the Code of Governmental Ethics if her company was to contract with schools and school districts.
Facts:
D. Wallace requested an advisory opinion regarding whether her information technology business would be prohibited from contracting with schools and school districts while she served as a School Administrator.
Comments:
On January, 10, 2014 a letter requesting additional information necessary to render the requested opinion was issued, to date there has been no response.
Recommendations:
Decline to render.
