RE:
In connection with a request that the Board waive the $720, $400 and $1,000 campaign finance late fees assessed against Jimmie Randle, a candidate for Selectman, District VI, City of Plaquemine in the October November 6, 2012 Election, whose EDE-P, 10-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 18, 268 and 238 days late
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Mr. Randolph Ware on behalf of Mr. Randle states that the reason for the tardiness was due to the fact that Mr. Randle was hospitalized and he has forwarded the necessary documentation to be considered and requests a waiver for the penalties being accessed on Mr. Randle.
