Request that the Board reconsider to waive the $880, $500, and $80 campaign finance late fees assessed against Thomas Siewert Harvey, a candidate for Councilman, District 5, City of Bossier, in the April 6, 2013 election, whose 10-P , Special and EDE-P campaign finance disclosure reports was filed 22, 23 and 2 days late. |

In connection with his request that the Board reconsider to waive the late fees assessed for the late filing of the reports, Patsy Smith Maggio on behalf of Thomas Siewart Harvey states she had two immediate family members pass away within two weeks and all reporting information was locked in her office and there was no way for Mr. Harvey to get a key to have access to the information.
