Mr. Landry filed his Legislative, Local and Executive 12/13 lobbying expenditure report that was due on January 27,2014 - four days late on January 31, 2014. He was assessed a late fee of $200. Mr. Landry states that he was out of town during the Holiday season. Upon his return from the holidays he became sick and was out on sick leave for three days in which his missed his reminder on reporting. He states that this was during uncommon circumstances and that since he has been a lobbyist for 3 years he has not missed filing a expenditure report until now.
