In connection with a request that the Board waive the $540 campaign finance late fee assessed against Woody Koppel, a candidate for Member of School Board, District 6, Orleans Parish in the October 4, 2008 election, whose 2013 Supplemental campaign finance disclosure report was filed 9 days late. |
|
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Woody Koppel states that it was strictly an oversight on his part, as he completed the 2013 Supplemental campaign finance disclosure report for the November 6, 2012 election on February 13, 2014. He says as soon as the matter was brought to his attention, he completed the report on February 27, 2014. He says he has not been delinquent with his reports in the past and he is asking for the Board to please consider suspending or significantly reducing the late fee.
