In Docket Nos. 2004-583 and 2002-830, the Board deemed the South Louisiana Economic Council a private entity not subject to the Code of Governmental Ethics. As such, a board member is not prohibited from participating in projects under the supervision and jurisdiction of the SLEC by the Code of Ethics.
