Ryan Seals is the director of the Bogalusa Industrial Park. He replaced Mr. Pepe as commissioner on the Bogalusa Housing Authority. Michael Ouree is an instructor with the Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC). He is a councilman for the City of Bogalusa. Recommendations: Decline to render an opinion.
