In connection with his request for reconsideration for a waiver of the $809 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 40-G campaign finance report, Michael A. Ragusa states that he is a 74-year old man that has been elected to the part time position of Mayor of the Town of Independence. He further states that as Mayor, he earns $1,000 a month. He maintains that he works full-time on part-time wages. Mr. Ragusa asks that the board grant him a full or partial waiver of the late fee. Mr. Ragusa is an any other level candidate. This is his second campaign. He has attached some financial information to his request for reconsideration.
