Request that the Board waive the $50 late fee assessed against David Tatman for failure to timely file a lobbyist expenditure report. |
|
Mr. Tatman filed his lobbyist expenditure report, due by June 25, 2014, one day late on June 26, 2014. He was assessed a late fee of $50.
Mr. Tatman admits that he filed his lobbyist expenditure report one day late and claims that there were two factors that caused this: 1) a delay in the company's review of their financial records in order to ensure that there were no lobbying related expenditures, and 2) he was unable to get online from home on June 25, 2014 due to connectivity problems with his home internet.
