Ms. Rovira was registered as a Legislative Branch lobbyist in 2013.
Ms. Rovira registered as a Legislative Branch lobbyist for 2014 on March 26, 2014. At that time, she updated her Active Representation of Fred's Amusement, Inc., indicating that she began representation on Fred's on April 29, 2013 and a terminated representation of Fred's on June 1, 2013.
Based upon the termination of her representation of Fred's in 2013, Mr. Rovira was required to file a supplemental report on June 11, 2013 informing the public of the termination of her representation of Fred's. That report was not filed until Ms. Rovira re-registered as a lobbyist in 2014.
Ms. Rovira has indicated that at no time during 2013, did Fred's inform her that they no longer required her services as a lobbyist. When she registered in 2014 as a lobbyist, she removed Fred's Amusement, Inc., because they informed her that her services were no longer required.
