Attached to this item is a staff memorandum summarizing the changes made to the forms as a result of legislative changes, as well as other changes that resulted from the Forms Committee.
If approved by the Board, the forms marked with an asterisk on website, require approval by our legislative oversight committees. Act 857 of the 2014 Regular Legislative Session, a copy of which is attached, requires approval for all campaign finance forms, and instructions and explanations for the completion of such forms, as well the forms required by R.S. 42:1124, 1124.2, 1124.2.1, 1124.3 and 1124.5. The other items may be implemented upon approval.
