Cliff New is employed by the Bossier Parish School Board (BPSB) through his work as a Certified PE teacher at the Legacy Elementary School (LES). He is the sole owner/operator of a parking lot striping business, Newstripes, LLC (Newstripes). He would like to provide parking lot striping services to schools within the BPSB.

1113A(1)(a) prohibits a public servant or immediate family member from bidding on or entering into any contract, subcontract, or other transaction that is under the supervision or jurisdiction of the agency of such public servant.
