In connection with his request for a waiver of the $2,500 late fee assessed for the late filing of his 180-P campaign finance report, Roland Belsome states that his campaign hosted a fundraiser and timely filed an Annual report. A couple of contributions were made during the time period covering the 180-P report. It was at a later date when his campaign realized that donations came in during a reporting time and therefore the 180-P was immediately filed.
