Mr. Simmons registered as a Legislative Branch lobbyist on January 7, 2009. He updated his Active Representation of Legends Gaming, LLC with a start date of January 1, 2009 and a termination date of August 1, 2014. He filed his Supplemental Registration report on August 22, 2014. Mr. Simmons stated that the violation of the Board of Ethics rule was unintentional and that he was not as observant of the rule regarding the number of days allowed for reporting the termination of a registrant's employment. He stated that this is his first fine for a violation and requests leniency by waiving the late fee.
