Mr. Rush stated that Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP prepares the registration reports on behalf of David Rush. He requests a waiver of any late-filing penalty given that Mr. Rush has satisfied all of his Executive Branch registration and reporting requirements in a timely manner.
