The Board issued an Order at its July 29, 2009 meeting making $2,000 in late fees assessed against Brian McNabb final and absolute. The Board considered Mr. McNabb's request for rehearing at its July 16, 2010 meeting, and the request was denied.
Mr. McNabb's late fees total $2,000. Mr. McNabb is requesting a payment plan for payment of the $2,000 assessed late fee. He states that he is willing to pay $200 up front and $150 per month.
