Norman Foster serves as a trustee for the Fund. LATEC memberships consist of professional memberships and agency memberships. The Fund has an agency membership with LATEC. LATEC is a non-profit corporation that provides conference and monthly events to its members.
Two former trustees of the Fund, Richard Hampton, Jr., and William "Bud" Carrouche serve as Board Members for LATEC.

Section 1121A(1) of the Code of Governmental Ethics (Code) prohibits a former agency head, for a period of two years following the termination of his public service, from assisting another person for compensation in a transaction, or in an appearance in connection with a transaction, involving his former agency or render any service on a contractual basis to or for such agency.
Section 1102(3) of the Code defines an agency head as the chief executive or administrative officer of an agency or any member of a board or commission who exercises supervision over the agency.
