CPD does not have any contracts with the companies or individuals that donate property. No individuals within the CPD, or companies they own, are donating property to the CPD. Further, no individuals within the CPD are employed by any of the companies that are donating property to CPD.

La. R.S. 42:1123(30) allows a public servant, a legal entity in which he has a controlling interest, or a member of his immediate family, to donate services, movable property, or funds to his agency.
