Request that the Board waive the $1500 late fee assessed against Lobbyist Myron Lambert, based upon the late filing of his May 2013 Lobbyist Expenditure Report. |

Mr. Lambert provides that he terminated his employment with Entergy in May of 2013, and at the time, he believed all of his obligations to file reports were complete. He had no expenditures at the time of his termination.
After June of 2013, Entergy moved its offices from Essen Lane to Downtown Baton Rouge, and therefore no one received his notice of delinquency letter, and it was not forwarded to him in a promptly manner. When he finally received notice by virtue of a second notice, he requested this waiver.
Mr. Lambert is no longer a lobbyist in Louisiana.
