J. Keith Gates states that his client, Jensen Young, intends to participate in the organization of a fundraiser for a non-connected political committee. A third party, Terra Nova Strategies of North Carolina, has agreed to reimburse Mr. Young for any cost he expends in his efforts for the political committee. Terra Nova has no business or financial connections to the LSU AgCenter.
