RE:
Request that the Board waive the $300 campaign finance late fee assessed against Reginald T. Badeaux, a candidate for District Judge, 22nd Judicial District, St. Tammany Parish in the November 4, 2014 Election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 3 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Ronald W. Garrity, CPA and report preparer for Judge Reginald Badeux states the Judge was unopposed in the November 4th election and there was no activity in his campaign since the filing of the 90-P.
