In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the reports, Lala Brittain Sylvester states that her report preparer was out the week prior to the deadline with some very serious stomach issues and did not return until a few days after the deadline and only to prepare the report. After that, she was hospitalized for this same thing and recently got out of the hospital and was allowed to return to work on November 4, 2014.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
