Mrs. McDade states that due to an injury suffered during September 2014, she spent most of the month of October 2014 on bed rest and was not able to perform her day to day activities. She also states that she does not have the benefit of an office staff and, therefore, in her absence, her September 2014 Lobbyist Expenditure Report was not timely filed.
