RE:
Request that the Board waive the $600 and $120 campaign finance late fees assessed against Dorothy Sansoni, a candidate for School Board at Large, Iberville Parish in the November 4, 2014 Election, whose 30-P and 10-P campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 23 and 2 days late.
Facts:
In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the reports, Dorothy Sansoni reports that she was given the incorrect information packet, and advised that she was a Tier 3. She was only told that she was a Tier 2 and responsible for filling out the 30-P and 10-P on October 28, 2014 when she met with Ethics personnel and submitted a notarized affidavit regarding the same and was given proper filing instruction in person.
