Mr. Oliver became employed with the Division on January 26, 2015. He has neither contracted nor performed work for the Division prior to his employment.

La. R.S. 42:1111C(1)(a) prohibits a public servant from receiving anything of economic value for any service, the subject matter of which is devoted substantially to the responsibilities, programs, or operations of the agency of the public servant and in which the public servant has participated.
La. R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d) prohibits a public servant from performing or receiving anything of economic value for or in consideration of services rendered or to be rendered to a person who he would be prohibited by R.S. 42:1115(A)(1) or (B) from receiving a gift.
La. R.S. 42:1112 provides that no public servant shall participate in a transaction involving the governmental entity of which, to his actual knowledge, he, or any person in which he has a substantial economic interest.
La. R.S. 42:1113A(1)(a) of the Code prohibits a public servant or immediate family member from bidding on or entering into any contract, subcontract, or other transaction that is under the supervision or jurisdiction of the agency of such public servant.
