The CPC has supported the Independence Bowl Foundation and the Independence Bowl through a cooperative endeavor agreement. They receive tickets to the Independence Bowl which will be used by commissioners and parish personnel to entertain economic development prospects for Caddo Parish. The tickets they receive in the future will be part of the cooperative endeavor agreement between the two entities.
The CPC has supported the SRAC through a cooperative endeavor agreement for its Artbreak Program to help underprivileged Caddo students to attend the program. SRAC's has a fundraiser every other year called "Christmas in the Sky" gala. SRAC sends the CPC 30 tickets to the gala in years that it is being held.
