RE:
Request that the Board waive the $400 campaign finance late fee assessed against Christopher Daigle, a candidate for School Board Member, District G, Iberville Parish in the November 4, 2014 Election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 21 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Christopher Daigle states that his EDE-P report, which was mailed on November 18, 2014, was listed as his final report and all loans and debts were paid. He has paid his first late penalty and will be submitting payment for the EDE-P late fine, as he accepts that as his error.
