Mr. Buatt states that during the month of September 2014, he transitioned from the Jones Walker Law Firm to the Liskow & Lewis Law Firm. While at Jones Walker, his assistant submitted the reports on his behalf and had the password for access to his online account. When he moved to Liskow & Lewis, he timely tried to log in and submit the report but could not get access. He contacted the Ethics Board Staff but was not able to actually speak to anyone until after the deadline had passed.
