Deloris Lynch received a notice of delinquency on February 2, 2015 requesting she file her 2013 Tier 2.1 annual personal financial disclosure statement (PFD). Ms. Lynch filed an answer on February 11, 2015, stating that she was almost certain that she submitted her PFD late but would plan on resubmitting it the week of February 11, 2015. She has failed to file as of the date of the meeting.

La. R.S. 42:1124.2.1(1) requires each member and any designee of a member of a board or commission that has the authority to expend, disburse, or invest ten thousand dollars or more of funds in a fiscal year, except a person who is required to file a financial statement pursuant to R.S. 42:1124 or 1124.2, to file a financial statement by May 15th of each year during which the person holds such office and the year following the termination of the holding of such office.
La. R.S. 42:1124.4 provides that upon discovery of the failure to file, failure to timely file, omission of information or inaccurate information, the Board shall notify the filer by sending him a notice of delinquency by certified mail. The notice of delinquency shall inform the person that the financial statement must be filed, or that the information must be disclosed or accurately disclosed, or that a written answer contesting the allegation of such failure, omission, or inaccuracy must be filed no later than seven (7) business days after receipt of the notice of delinquency

Advise Ms. Lynch that she has 7 business days to file her 2013 Tier 2.1 annual personal financial disclosure statement.
