The Board authorized the staff to resolve this matter with a consent order with Louisiana Pump & Maintenance Services, LLC with a $5,000 civil penalty for the R.S. 42:1113A violation and a consent order with Lee Stanley with a $3,000 civil penalty for the R.S. 42:1112 violation.
The parties have signed and paid.
