In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Cleveland R. Coon states that this was his first campaign and he never intended to deceive or conceal any information. He was overwhelmed with the campaign and lacked the knowledge for overseeing the timely submissions of the required reports. In the event that a waiver is not granted, Mr. Coon requests that a suspension or reduction of the fines be granted.
